What Does It Mean To Be Healthy??
Hey guys, today I'm here to talk about 'What Does It Mean To Be Healthy??' So here are 5 things I think it means to be healthy.
- Keeping Fit - Running is a good way to improve your fitness level. Enrol in a club sport to keep fit on a regular basis.
- Eating Healthy Food (5+ a day) - Eating well is a good way to be happier. An unhealthy diet makes you angry, have a quick mood swing and not wanting to participate in any physical activities. A good breakfast, a good day.
- Train Your Brain - Work on your weaknesses in anything. Train your brain to recognize mistakes, so you can fix them.
- Quality Time Outside - Time outside gets you more active, and not as lazy as you were before you went outside!!
- Sleeeeeeeeep - Get a good night's sleep! A good sleep means you're not as tired and more energized for the day.
